To return or exchange your purchase, please follow these steps:

1) Call customer service at 1-866-683-6251 to obtain a return authorization number.

2) Pack items to be returned and make arrangements to have your package delivered to us.
 
3) Once your return is received it will be processed by our returns department. For any refunds, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited. The credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases paid for by credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refundable. Please allow one billing cycle on your credit card statement in order for your credit to appear.
